Evergreen Speaks!
What is it?
Evergreen Speaks! is a project of the Evergreen Newcomers and Neighbors Club in collaboration with Evergreen Christian Church.
Evergreen Speaks! is a bi-monthly speaker series that highlights the passions, expertise, and stories of Evergreen residents. Modeled after the TEDx speaker format, this series offers an opportunity for members of our community to share their knowledge and experiences in an engaging and interactive way.
We are fortunate to live in a community filled with fascinating individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Evergreen Speaks! is not only a platform for sharing these passions, but also a chance for us to connect, inspire, and learn from one another in a fun and conversational setting.
How does it work?
Each speaker presents on a topic they are deeply passionate about and have significant expertise in. Presentations last 18–20 minutes, followed by a 40-minute Q&A session where the audience can dive deeper into the topic and engage with the speaker.
